At Granted Botanical Elixirs we begin processing orders promptly, so please read our cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@grantedbotanicalelixirs.co.uk with your order number and name. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we can only guarantee a cancellation if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.

2. CANCELLING AFTER DISPATCH

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer wish to keep your order, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that refunds are only issued on products with an unbroken seal returned within 28 days of purchase.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads, including guides and e-books, cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been accessed or downloaded as the content is immediately available upon purchase.
